1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and enrolling in our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Class Enrollment

Enrollment in our classes is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified promptly of any cancellations.

3. Trial Classes

One free trial class is available per person. Trial classes are intended for first-time students only. We require a brief registration form to confirm your attendance.

4. Payment Terms

Monthly memberships renew automatically on the first of each month. Class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 5 days' written notice. Class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student with our written approval.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks. You assume all risks and agree not to hold Vandy Dance Company, its instructors, or staff liable for any injuries or damages sustained during class.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment of any student whose conduct is disruptive or disrespectful.

8. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Unauthorized copying or reproduction of content is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
